CUSTOMER SERVICE - BACK OFFICE (CARE)

TASKS
The resource, reporting directly to the service Manager, will deal with the preparation and dispatch of spare parts offers and technological upgrades of our optical sorting machines.

The employment, mainly in the office, requires the use of a management software (Navision) and a proprietary software.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Solid technical background;
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position;
  • PC skils: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel);
  • Spoken and written knowledge of at least two languages: Spanish (at least B1 level) and English (at least B2);
  • Proactive attitude and good self-organizing skills.
