RayAction is Raytec Vision's technical assistance service to guarantee customers remote technical support on installed machines. Thanks to RayAction, Raytec Vision is able to provide an efficient technical assistance service both to its operators present all over the world, and directly to the customer to monitor the performance and solve any problems on the machines installed.

APPLICATIONS
RayAction + RayMote

Raytec has created this electronic device that allows communication between any Raytec Vision machine and its technical support in order to guarantee rapid and effective remote assistance. Thanks to this device, already present on over 700 machines, the sorters or inspectors connect to the company network via cable or Wi-Fi. The connection security is guaranteed by a firewall that controls access, blocking viruses and malware. Thanks to RayMote, together with an operator present at the machine, it is possible to carry out the following activities:

  • Support the software part (adjust the vision parameters)
  • Regulate recipes (selection thresholds, etc ...)
  • Run diagnostics for any electronic problems
  • Retrieve statistical data
  • Exchange technical and performance data

RayAction + Smart Glasses

Thanks to Smart Glasses, Raytec Vision is able to provide direct assistance on the machine, allowing the customer to intervene through the instructions received in real time by the Raytec technicians.

The on-site technician works hands-free and transmits live what he sees on the system and receives multimedia instructions (photos, videos, voice instructions, etc ...).

RayAction + Smartphone

The big news is the possibility of receiving assistance directly with your smartphone with an APP that allows to transmit the machine images to the Raytec operators in order to get an immediate overview of the problems encountered.
