This is crucial not only for <strong>fresh producers<\/strong> but also for food processors of <strong>frozen and preserved vegetables<\/strong>. Since 2001, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.www.raytecvision.com\/en\/index4.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Raytec Vision<\/a> has been working in the<strong> vision technology<\/strong> sector and developing <strong>sorting machines<\/strong> for discarding contaminants and product defects from food products.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Raytec has been designing and producing more than 10 different sorting machines, each of those with specific technical characteristics to adapt to <strong>food shape, color, and organoleptic characteristics<\/strong>. It is under these premises that Raytec developed <strong>Blueight technology (2005),<\/strong> a vision system with 8 frequencies including the chlorophyll analysis. This system has allowed great results on many fresh-cut applications but nowadays the requirements in the food sector are becoming more and more stringent.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\r\n<ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\">\r\n<li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\">\r\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16626\" src=\"https:\/\/www.raytecvision.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/50\/2022\/04\/Curiosity-Doppia-Clorofilla.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"16626\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/www.raytecvision.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/50\/Curiosity-Doppia-Clorofilla.jpg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/www.raytecvision.com\/?attachment_id=16626\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<figcaption class=\"blocks-gallery-caption\">The totally hygienic optical sorter Curiosity by Raytec Vision<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This is the reason why Raytec is making a step further, introducing a cutting-edge technology named Decaray (2016). We implemented this new technology platform with 2 more frequencies, empowering the chlorophyll analysis (2020). The new era of <strong>Doppia Clorofilla<\/strong> improves the sorting analysis of all types of green vegetables. This technology enables efficiencies over 95% even on green organic contaminants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Doppia Clorofilla<\/strong> is installed as standard on the totally hygienic sorting machine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.www.raytecvision.com\/en\/prodotto2.asp?ID3=28&amp;con=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Curiosity<\/strong><\/a> which Raytec launched in 2019 as a result of the new hygienic guidelines recently signed by American GDO and top fresh-cut producers. In addition, <strong>Doppia Clorofilla<\/strong> is an available upgrade option on all sorting units installed by Raytec in the fresh-cut industry.
