Raynbow ist eine optische Sortiermaschine mit hochaufl\u00f6senden Sensoren, die das Produkt mithilfe des Systems \u201eHigh Speed Double Vision\u201c pr\u00fcfen, das 100 % der Oberfl\u00e4che jedes Produkts analysiert.<\/p>\n

Das System wird zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung von Agrar- und Lebensmittelprodukten eingesetzt: Obst und Gem\u00fcse.<\/p>\n

Raynbow kann Farbfehler, markierte Produkte und Fremdk\u00f6rper, auch in der gleichen Farbe wie das Gutprodukt, ausscheiden. Das Produkt wird auf das F\u00f6rderband geleitet, das dazu dient, das Produkt zu stabilisieren, damit es nicht herunterrollt. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen alle Produkte inspiziert und bei Bedarf ausgeschleust werden, wenn sie sowohl in der Sichtzone als auch in der Ausschleuszone die gleichen Bedingungen aufweisen. <\/p>\n

Raynbow kann \u00fcber ein Paletten-Ausscheidungssystem mit elektropneumatischer oder Luftaktivierung mittels elektrisch gesteuerter Auswurfventile verf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n

Es kann \u00fcber ein einzelnes Auswurfsystem verf\u00fcgen oder im 3Way-Modus zwei Auswurfsysteme haben, die unbrauchbare Produkte von Defekten unterscheiden, die als zweite Wahl gelten.
