Raycore

Raycore is an x-ray inspection machine manufactured in two versions:

The Can Version system has a conveyor belt with a commercial chain in plastic or steel.

The Panoramic Version system is equipped with a conveyor belt made of x-ray transparent material.
The contaminated containers are automatically diverted from the product flow and sent to a separate zone.

Raycore sets a new benchmark in food safety, combining reliability with cutting-edge X-ray detection technology.
The system can reject high-density foreign bodies such as glass fragments, metal particles, stones, bones and certain plastics or rubbers depending on their composition. Minimum detectable sizes include glass fragments (even in glass containers), stones and bones from 3x3x3 mm  and metal particles such as iron, steel or copper from 1x1x1 mm.

In addition to contaminant detection, Raycore also provides a complete quality check, monitoring:

• Container integrity (dents, cracks or breakages)

• Correct filling level

• Easy Open side presence in tinplate cans.
