Hot-Frozen room
The HOT-FROZEN room is designed to recreate the typical production environment of frozen products as well as dried fruit.
The 250 sqm room is air conditioned and can be programmed to control temperature and humidity, mainly for different situations:
- tests on frozen fruit and vegetables with a temperature of -7°C and 80% humidity;
- tests on fresh-cut products with a temperature of 7°C and 90% humidity;
- tests on dried fruit, such as almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts, with a temperature of 30°C, humidity of 60%.
