Fresh room

In this 450 sqm room there are 4 different types of machines, all designed to pursue that level of safety and food quality that is essential for customers. The environment is controlled in terms of temperature and humidity and is completely washable and sanitised, thus recreating the exact hygienic conditions of the production plants. In this room the customer can carry out tests on preserved vegetables and fruit, fish and confectionery products.

X-Ray room

The X-RAY room is the only test room with air conditioning. Next to the room there is a warehouse to store the contaminated products to be used during the tests. In this room there are two different Raybox and Rayview inspector machines. Here our customers can perform tests to detect foreign bodies on various types of packaging such as cans, cardboard bricks, plastic bottles, glass jars and glass bottles.

Hot-Frozen room

The HOT-FROZEN room is designed to recreate the typical production environment of frozen products as well as dried fruit.

The 250 sqm room is air conditioned and can be programmed to control temperature and humidity, mainly for different situations:

  • tests on frozen fruit and vegetables with a temperature of -7°C and 80% humidity;
  • tests on fresh-cut products with a temperature of 7°C and 90% humidity;
  • tests on dried fruit, such as almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts, with a temperature of 30°C, humidity of 60%.
